This Website (https://trainwithcamp.com/) and the TRAIN CAMP GYM ("CAMP", "we", "us", or "our") App(s) (“App(s)”) is operated by CAMP. Please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully, as they hold essential information in regards to your legal rights and obligations.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile" and stipulates that the governing law is the local law. Accordingly, all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in UAE.

These Terms with our Privacy Policy {insert link} sets forth the legally binding Terms and Conditions for your use of the Website, our mobile App(s), and other services that we provide, including all Services provided at our studio (the "Services"). Accessing or using the Services in any manner, including, but not limited to, browsing the Website, creating an account on our webpage, downloading the mobile App(s), adding content, sharing feedback or other materials to the Website or on or via the mobile App(s), you agree to the Terms and our Privacy Policy and are therefore bound by them. You are only permitted to use the Services if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and the Terms. If you disagree, please leave the Website and mobile App(s) and discontinue any use of our Services.

CAMP reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Therefore, check our Terms and Privacy Policy frequently to stay updated with any changes. Should we modify material terms to this agreement, a notice will be sent. The modification will be effective immediately after they are updated on our Website. Failure to cease our Services after receiving notification of the amendment will constitute your agreement of the modified terms.

Using the Services, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. Clients using the Website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the Website and shall not transact on or use the Website.



All the content on the Website and App(s), including without limitation, the text, graphics, photos, sounds, videos & music ("Content") and the trademarks and logos contained therein ("Logo"), are owned by or licensed to CAMP, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law. The content on the Website and App(s) is provided to you and only for your personal use; the content may not be downloaded, copied, sold, or in other ways exploited for any other purposes without CAMP's consent. Accordingly, you agree to not copy and sell any of the Contents on this Website. 



To access our Services, you must create an account and purchase a training session package. To buy an individual training or a package, please click here {insert link} You can book one bike per training and unlimited trainings per week. CAMP reserves the right to hold up to ten (10) spots in each training.

Training credits expire. The expiration dates are mentioned in the description of the training packages on the Website and the App(s). If, however, something unexpected happens and you cannot train with CAMP for an extended period, please give us a call, and we will help you out.

You can book your trainings online up to 1 week in advance. After that, the training schedule will open every Saturday from 11 AM through the following Saturday.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.



Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 

Training sessions are not transferrable. When you buy a session, you only are entitled to use the session. You cannot redeem your session for cash. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.



A fully booked session will be marked as WAITLIST on the training schedule. To book for a waitlisted training, you need credits in your account. Then, when a bike opens up, we will automatically book you into the training. Waitlisted clients who are moved into the training will receive an email and or SMS confirmation.



You have the right to cancel your booked training. Our cancelation policy states that trainings can be canceled free of charge 12 hours before the training starting time.  When a reservation is canceled within the 12-hour window, the training will be refunded as a credit to your account and used for future training.

Trainings who are not canceled 12 hours before that time will be charged in full. If you cannot join the class but cannot cancel 12 hours prior, please call the studio. If we find a replacement for your booking, your credit may be recredited.

Please be informed. BIKES AND SPOTS WILL BE RELEASED 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE TRAINING START TIME. Therefore, please arrive 5 minutes before the training starting time to claim your bike. If you are running late, please call the studio. If you are not present 5 minutes before class starting time, CAMP reserves the right to resell your bike against a fee to a waitlist client without recrediting you.

We cannot guarantee that the initially reserved bike is still available if you are running late. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed into the bike room as it's too disturbing for the other riders. 



We do not offer refunds on any purchases made at CAMP. Make sure you want to commit to buying large training packages as trainings are non-refundable and not transferrable.



CAMP reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, at our sole discretion, without cause or notice. Causes for immediate termination of services: Clients under the influence of a prohibited substance use uncivilized terms and offensive language towards other clients and team members, who portray abusive and violent behavior.

If you breach the Terms, we terminate your account, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused trainings and credits.



You agree that we are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the studio. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings. We do not recommend bringing large amounts of cash or valuable items into the studio. CAMP is not responsible for any damages and loss.

Lockers are available to our client's subject to availability. All lockers must be cleared after your visit. No items must be kept overnight. Any un-claimed belongings will be taken from the lockers at closing time and kept in our lost and found safe for 14 days before being disposed of.



We encourage you to consult with your doctor before participating in our training sessions. As a result, you confirm that you are fit to participate in our training sessions, which contain high-intensity interval training. 

You confirm to provide all the necessary information regarding your health to our coaches before starting the training.



CAMP's Services may be suspended temporarily or permanently without notifying you for security and safety purposes, maintenance, system failures, or other similar circumstances. Therefore, you are aware and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for six months when such interruptions occur.



We do not claim that the CAMP trainings will meet your expectations, and we do not guarantee expected results from the use of our Services. Therefore, you now agree that the use of CAMP Services is your own choice.

In no event shall CAMP and its team members be liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect incidental, punitive errors of any kind in email communication, pricing on the Websites/ App(s), etc.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.



When signing up or joining any of our trainings, you agree and acknowledge certain dangers in indoor cycling. You know that certain risks cannot be avoided regardless of the care taken to prevent injuries. Therefore, you accept the following risks; bruises and sprains, which are considered minor injuries to joint or back injuries,

loss of sight & heart attacks (significant injuries). You understand the full risks and will not hold CAMP liable for any of such injuries.
