Can I join CAMP if I’m just starting my fitness journey?
Yes! Our trainings are designed to adapt to any fitness level. First timers and beginners are free to go at their own pace!

What style of indoor cycling is coached at CAMP?
At CAMP we coach rhythmic cycle, a full body workout that incorporates arms and abs exercises.

Do you offer a monthly membership?
No, instead we offer training session packages. You don’t require to sign up for a long-term commitment, our packages rage from single trainings to 20 session packages.

How many calories can I burn in a training?
This is different per person, depending on your weight and amount of strain used. However, the average is about 500-650 calories per 45-minute training.

Can I join if I’m pregnant?
Before joining for a training session we urge you to consult with your doctor. Many pregnant women have been able to ride all throughout their pregnancy, but this is different for every individual.   

How can I avoid pain in my glutes after attending a training session?
We provide seat covers for you, just ask one of our team members.

Can I book a bike for my friend?
No, each rider should have their own account and book their own bikes.

What should I bring?
All you need is your activewear and socks. We will provide you with shoes, water and towels for the ride. 

How early should I come?
We recommend you to arrive at least 10 min before your training starts, if you are a first timer come at least 15-20 minutes earlier so we can show you around and make sure you are set up for success. 

How do I cancel my class?
You can cancel your class on our website in your account under bookings. Our cancelation policy allows you to cancel your class up to 12 hours before your training starts.

Do you have changing rooms?
Yes, we have fully equipped changing rooms with lockers, showers, washrooms and all necessary amenities.

Do you offer refunds after a purchase is made?
No, all purchases online and in studio are final.
