OUR TRAINING SCHEDULE IS SET FOR A WEEK IN ADVANCE.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your training starts and check-in at our front desk. We provide you with shoes, towels & water. Our bikes are compatible with Delta and SPD cleats.
Get ready for training in our fully equipped changing rooms. In addition, our facilities include prayer rooms, lounge areas, beauty vanities, and a kid's play area.
Find your bike and start setting up.
Should you need any help with setting up your bike, please feel free to ask your coach or a team member.
We recommend you take note of your bike settings for future trainings. As soon as your bike is set up,
clip in and start warming up!
